Job Summary: As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the restaurant manager in profitably operating the restaurant within the practices and procedures established by Company Operations. This position is responsible for cost control, customer service, restaurant and employee appearance, building sales, maximizing profits, and employee development. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of Assistant Management experience, currently, in the QSR industry, required. High School Diploma, preferred. Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends): 40-hour work weeks with the expectation of opening at least twice a month (5:30 am), working the mid-shift once a month, and closing twice per month, required. Familiarity with restaurant management software, required. Strong math and reporting skills. Customer service attitude. Communication and team management abilities. Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
