For our client, we are seeking a Director Learning Knowledge Management And Platform Enablement- Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $149,300 – $248,800 annuallyResponsibilities Shape and lead strategy for learning and knowledge management platforms including requirements, governance, and adoption Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to translate needs into clear platform requirements Design and enhance platform capabilities using emerging technologies like AI and machine learning Lead knowledge management function including governance and content lifecycle standards Utilize data and analytics to monitor platform adoption and usability, driving continuous improvement Stay current with trends in learning technologies and knowledge management practices Foster a culture of continuous learning and operational discipline across the organizationQualifications Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred; postgraduate degree or professional certifications are a plus 8+ years of leadership experience in learning and development, knowledge management, and enabling technologies Expert knowledge of AI applications in learning and knowledge management Solid understanding of learning platforms, governance practices, and vendor landscape Proven ability to shape business requirements and influence technology direction Strong executive presence for engagement with high-level stakeholders Strategic, analytical mindset with enterprise perspective Ability to constructively challenge the status quo and lead with empathyBenefits Comprehensive health-related benefits including medical, vision, and dental Well-being and behavioral health programs 401(k) plan with company match Company-paid life insurance Tuition reimbursement for professional development Minimum of 18 days paid time off per year plus paid holidays Various leave of absence optionsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
