Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist based in Southern Pines, NC, with some flexibility for remote work. The therapist will provide individualized occupational therapy services to children, addressing their developmental and sensory needs. Responsibilities include evaluating and developing therapy plans, collaborating with families and caregivers, documenting progress, and providing early intervention services to support children’s growth and development in home, school, or clinic settings. Qualifications Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy practices and principlesSpecialized skills in Sensory Integration and Early Intervention methodologiesExperience working with pediatric populations and children in various settingsEmpathy, patience, and exceptional interpersonal communication capabilitiesMaster’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a current license to practice in North CarolinaAbility to travel locally between therapy locations; reliable transportation requiredPrevious experience or certification in pediatric occupational therapy is an advantage
