They will establish operational goals, while driving internal and external growth. Essential FunctionsMeets and develops relationships with key clients, partners, and industry professionals that interact with the BranchConducts regular coaching, counseling and mentoring sessions with all levels of management and sales to build a positive and motivating work environment.Reviews bids and has final signing on all GC contractsAssigns, instructs, trains and provides directions to managers and supervisors in the performance of their jobsPartner with marketing on new campaigns and review current resultsManager processes on all Proof-of-Concept projectsAttend both internal and HEB status meetings for larger pilot projectsConduct all hands and leadership meetingsManages all facets of financial activity relative to the P&LEnsures that all Contract and Aftermarket/Industrial Sales Team Members meet or exceed all activity standards for monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.Delegate's authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.Monitors current inventory to insure sufficient quantities are availableMeets and develops relationships with key supplier reps that interact with BranchManages and performs all personnel management duties with the assistance of Human ResourcesReviews the following on a recurring basis: sales reports, production reports, department expenses, labor costs, employee attendance reports, and other reports and documents related organizational operationMonitors costs and establishes cost controlsMonitors and ensures on time delivery and/or job completionAssists with bid proposals with Account ManagersWorks to ensure excellent customer relations, both with internal and external customersOther relative duties as assigned Minimum QualificationsAssociate's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education/experienceAt least 5 years of experience of management within Security IntegrationAt least 5-7 years of experience with Doors, Frames, and HardwareAt least 5-7 years of experience managing multiple teamsAt least 5 years of experience in similar position Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong knowledge of change management practicesIntermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Products, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong organizational skillsAbility to motivate othersExcellent oral and written communication skills, competency in grammar and excellent attention to detailAbility to build strong working relationships at all levels, internal and/or external to the organizationAbility to multi-taskDetail oriented Equal Opportunity EmployerCBX Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
