Clinical Program Manager

Overview As Clinical Program Manager, you will lead the onboarding of new physician offices and the Annual Wellness Program rollout. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure readiness, training, and performance targets are met. You support physicians, offices, and internal stakeholders with front-line problem solving and enablement.
