In this role, you'll play a critical part in creating a world-class claims experience by managing first and third party bodily injury claims and their associated physical damage.We’re a distributed team with offices located in New York, NY and Atlanta, GA. This role is a hybrid position going into the Atlanta office.What you’ll do:Analyze coverage based on the facts of the lossMake informed liability decisions, including the consideration of comparative negligenceCollaborate with claims leadership on severity losses, reserve adjustments and claim evaluationsEvaluate settlement demandsNegotiate settlements with first and third party claimants as well as attorneysUtilize data available to drive focus on claim trendsHandle special projects or additional duties assigned related to your role as an individual contributor of the claims organizationAbout you:7+ years of experience in commercial auto claim adjudication, with at least 5 years handling injury severity losses.
