Integrated Program Planner - Level 3
Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, CO is looking for an experienced, level 3 Program Planner to support the next generation Space Protection Programs (SPP) Portfolio. This role focuses on program planning and scheduling, driving progress, and fostering collaboration across engineering, finance, operations, and supply chain teams.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design through operations.
Interface with Engineering, Finance, Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management to translate customer requirements into performance measurement baselines.
Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules that validate contractual scope, workflow, and resources.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive progress, monitor changes, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
Negotiate handoffs between product areas and facilitate workaround planning as needed.
Publish and present planning and scheduling metrics to management and engineering, providing visibility of potential issues.
Basic Qualifications
At least 3 years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) focused on compliance, including control account management.
Working knowledge of scheduling tools such as MS Project Server (preferred), Open Plan, Primavera, and/or ProjectView.
Experience performing schedule integrity checks and critical-path analysis.
U.S. citizen with an active Top Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills
Extensive experience with Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft Excel.
Additional planning knowledge, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP).
Experience with resource-loaded schedules.
Experience with schedule risk assessments, including Monte Carlo simulations.
