Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop customized treatment plans for patients with hand therapy needs. Perform therapeutic procedures including splinting and the use of equipment such as blood flow restriction devices and pools. Collaborate with rehab supervisors and utilize the EPIC charting system for patient records. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and certification by the SD Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners. South Dakota licensure, BLS certification, and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) from HTCC, or CHT waiver based on experience. Proficiency in splinting techniques.
