Essential Duties
Teach courses in Management.
Advise undergraduate students.
Participate in College and Departmental activities and committees.
Occasional Duties
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Chair of the Management Department.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Ability to teach required courses in the Management Program; demonstrated record of teaching experience required.
Ability to engage in professional activities.
Ability to contribute to the curricular, assessment, and advising work of the Department and its programs.
Required Qualifications
Ph.D or DBA in Management or a related field or Master's degree and actively engaged in pursuit of an appropriate accredited terminal degree in an appropriate field of study.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with and mentoring a diverse student population.
Willingness to adopt a leadership role.
Environmental Conditions
Teaching/instruction is performed in a traditional classroom setting or online.
