A company is looking for an Attorney specializing in Corporate, Technology & Insurance Regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities Provide legal counsel on property and casualty insurance matters, including regulatory and operational issues Advise on privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial and technology contracts, including those related to emerging technologies Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in insurance or regulated financial services Experience in property and casualty insurance law Strong background in privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance issues Experience with AI or emerging technology initiatives is preferred
