These roles sit directly alongside Traders and Sales, ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical trading systems across various asset classes.Open to a range of seniority levels, from early-career support analysts to seasoned production support specialists.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Front Office production support for electronic trading applicationsAct as primary contact for Traders and Sales regarding system issues and platform behaviorMonitor trading systems and proactively identify performance or stability risksManage and resolve production incidents in real timeConduct detailed investigations and root cause analysis (RCA)Support pricing, streaming, RFQ, and order management workflowsCollaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams to implement long-term fixesContribute to continuous improvement, automation, and platform resiliency initiativesRequired Skills & ExperienceFunctional KnowledgeStrong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycleExperience supporting one or more asset classes:Equities / Equity Derivatives (EQD)Fixed Income (Rates or Credit)Foreign Exchange (FX)Familiarity with OMS / EMS platforms, order types, and electronic trading workflowsTechnical SkillsStrong experience in Linux/Unix environmentsAdvanced SQL skills (data analysis & troubleshooting)Scripting experience: Python and/or Bash/ShellExperience with KDB+ (nice to have / strong plus)Monitoring tools such as DynatraceLog analysis, performance tuning, and system diagnosticsProfileStrong analytical and troubleshooting mindsetAbility to operate under pressure in a live trading floor environmentExcellent communication skills with business stakeholdersProactive, detail-oriented, and solution-drivenIf you are looking to work in a high-impact Front Office environment with strong exposure to trading systems and business stakeholders, we would be happy to connect.
