This role will lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex IT separation projects, ensuring seamless transition of infrastructure, applications, and data while maintaining business continuity and security.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead IT separation and divestiture initiatives, ensuring Day 1 readiness and post-close stabilityAssess current IT landscape, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategiesManage infrastructure, applications, ERP systems, and data migration during separationOversee Operational Technology (OT) separation and end-user device transitionsEnsure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirementsManage Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and vendor relationshipsDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and critical paths using Microsoft ProjectDrive business continuity planning (BCP) to avoid operational disruptionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholdersLead risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making in dynamic environmentsProvide leadership, coaching, and guidance to project teams🔹 Required Skills & Experience5+ years of Project Management experience in large-scale IT implementationsProven experience in:IT Infrastructure Separation & Carve-OutApplication & ERP MigrationData Migration, Security & ComplianceIT Asset & License ManagementStrong expertise in:Microsoft Project (Critical Path Analysis)Budget & financial managementVendor & contract managementExperience managing complex enterprise transformation projectsStrong communication skills with experience presenting to executivesAbility to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision🔹 Preferred QualificationsPMP / PgMP Certification (Preferred)Agile Certifications (CSM, CSP, SAFe)Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)MBA (Preferred)Experience in:Truck OEM / Heavy Equipment / Electric Vehicle industry (Plus)Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO)🔹 Key CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsChange leadership and transformation mindsetAbility to manage ambiguity and fast-paced environmentsStrategic thinking with execution excellence
