The Real Estate Attorney will oversee legal matters related to real estate transactions. The role will include collaboration with clients, title agents, realtors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.QualificationsExpertise in Real Estate Law, including legal procedures and practicesKnowledge of Owner's Title Insurance PoliciesExperience with Leases and property agreementsProficiency in conducting Due Diligence for real estate transactionsKnowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate DevelopmentExceptional analytical, research, and negotiation skillsProfessional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactionActive license to practice law in IndianaJD degree from an accredited law schoolPrior experience in title or real estate law is preferredFor more information we invite you send your resume to Operations Manager | Partner, Denise Phelps, denise@wtstitle.com.
