This is a crucial role within the organization and a high level of precision and attention to detail is desired.In This Role, You WillPrepare tools for washing.Operate the washing system and post polish equipment.Pack up tooling for shipment or inventory.Maintain production and quality levels.Assist in other departments when necessary, including training.You'll BringHigh School Degree or GED.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and multi-task.Demonstrated ability for organizational skills and attention to detail.Where You'll WorkOur state-of-the-art facility in West Springfield, MA, stands at the crossroads of history and modern city life.
