Classroom Aide - Immediate Start

There's still Time to Make a Difference in the 2025-2026 School Year! We are hiring full-time Behavior Technicians (TAs) for the 2025–2026 school year to support K–12 students with special needs. If you have experience in behavior management and a desire to help students succeed, this role offers a chance to make a daily impact.Connect with our team today to learn more about this school-based opportunity!As an Instructional Aide, you'll work closely with classroom teachers to support K–12 students with autism and behavioral needs. You'll provide one-on-one and small group assistance, helping implement behavior plans and create a positive, structured learning environment where every student can thrive.Responsibilities:- Assisting the classroom teacher- Work with individual and (or) small groups of students to reinforce instructed material- Assist in compiling classroom communications- Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and a safe learning environment- Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the student learning experiences and support them as needed- Support with personal care or hygiene as needed, including toiletingRequired Qualifications:-High School Diploma or equivalent-Experience working with children with Special Educational needs-Experience working with personal care -US Work Authorization.
