Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician position based in Charlotte, NC. The primary responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems, conducting routine maintenance, and performing preventive measures to ensure optimal performance. The technician will also work towards achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and professionalism. Qualifications Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues to provide effective solutionsExperience in system maintenance, repairs, and conducting preventive HVAC maintenanceFocus on delivering excellent customer service with professionalism and careEPA certification and familiarity with related environmental and safety regulationsStrong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanshipPrevious experience in HVAC service is beneficialValid driver's license and ability to work on-siteHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
