As a Nurse Practitioner in Lakewood, WA , you'll provide focused care in nursing facilities helping reduce readmissions and improve recovery while enjoying autonomy, a predictable schedule, and strong team support.Schedule: Mon -Thurs, Full-TimeWhat You'll DoRound in assigned facilities on a consistent weekday daytime scheduleOversee daily patient interactions through timely micro visits that support focused assessments to assess recovery, manage pain, wounds, and functional declineCollaborate with physicians, therapists, and facility staff on individualized recovery plansUse Puzzle's EHR to complete documentation (often remotely from home)Monitor readmission risk and help close gaps in post-acute careMaintain compliance with post-acute and PM&R-related regulationsWhat You'll GainSchedule: Weekday daytime hours only; no nights, weekends, holidays, or callCompensation: Competitive salary, typically $120,000–$140,000 annually, with the final offer dependent on experience, location, and other lawful factors.
