Sekoia is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their Customer Success team. Based anywhere in the United States, you'll serve as a trusted technical liaison for customers, driving adoption and contributing to renewals and upsells. The role includes onboarding customers, conducting training workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.
