Home Improvement Salesperson

We are a young & vibrant construction company that specializes in major residential renovations and construction, currently seeking one experienced and motivated salesperson with proven closing ability for in home sales. We are seeking a persistent professional with a proven track record in our field. We offer a friendly and supportive environment, a leading production team and a generous commission structure. Our seasoned salespeople make over $250,000. Come join a winning team. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in home improvement/construction. At least 2 years of experience in sales. In depth construction knowledge & familiarity with local building codes Must have a reliable car, cell phone, computer. Must have a valid CA drivers license, and eligible for registration with the contractors board (clean record) Willing and able to commute throughout the greater Los Angeles area for appointments and jobsite supervision. Ability to work a flexible schedules including evenings and weekends. Articulate Verbal and written skills in English. Must be organized and have great communication and follow-up skills. Must know how to write a detailed scope of work. Job Responsibilities Travel to and from scheduled appointments. Conduct in person consultations and sales meetings with qualified home owners Follow-up with potential clients and ultimately close the sale. Generate and provide each client with a written bid. Maintain customer relationships throughout the project and supervise jobsites.
