Department: Critical Care Float Pool - ICU or PCU~ Supports patients and teams at Highlands Ranch Hospital, Broomfield Hospital, Longs Peak Hospital, and University of Colorado HospitalFTE: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)Shift: Rotating D/N or NightsPay: $50.00 per hour plus travel package/stipendLOCAL RN Traveler contract options available for those who reside within 75 milesCO RN license or e NLC privileges~Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing processModels proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealthContributes to secure safety and quality at the point of careCritical Care:Direct care includes Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) level of care in a technically complex environmentAACN's Synergy Model and various specialty certification standards are included in evidence based care models for each ICU and PCUIn small, personal ways through human connection.
