Customer Service Representative

Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries demonstrating excellent phone and communication skills Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering product or service information Manage client accounts and maintain accurate data entry within our systems using Microsoft Office and other relevant software Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, including cash handling procedures Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Skills Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in additional languages such as Spanish Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns effectively while maintaining professionalism Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of cash handling procedures is advantageous This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a customer-focused environment and are committed to delivering outstanding service.
