Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.BDC Representative Qualifications:1-2 years of experience; experience in an automotive setting preferredConfident, pleasant, and professional phone voicePossess time management skills and be able to work independentlyHigh school diploma or GED equivalentBi-lingualBDC Representative Preferred Skills and Experience:Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred, but not required.
