The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced resort environment and takes pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop housekeeping supervisors and team members to uphold Isla Bella’s luxury standards Foster a positive, engaged, and motivated team culture aligned with our service values Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and departmental workflow Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards are consistently met Create and manage team schedules based on occupancy and business needs Handle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and urgency Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; order and track as needed Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management Identify opportunities for process improvement and support departmental projects Step in to support operations during peak periods as needed QualificationsBilingual in English and Spanish required to effectively support and communicate with team members Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or resort environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume resort environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (hotel systems experience preferred) Excellent communication and guest service skills Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Benefits & PerksWe offer a comprehensive benefits package and a great team environment:Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Additional voluntary benefits Employee housing based on availability Discounts at EOS Hospitality sister properties Opportunities for growth within EOS Hospitality
