FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

About our Company:The International Management Team is looking for professional, high-quality individuals to help give experiences that exceed guests' expectations.Job Summary:We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to assist our guests by making them our number one priority and to oversee general tasks and activities within the Resort.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests and complete check-in and check-out proceduresManage bookings and reservationsAssign rooms, verify payment methods, and verify room statusesHandle guest questions and requestsAnswer and forward phone callsAssist with administrative and clerical tasksManage documents and maintain the confidentiality of guest and company informationEnsure that our lobby is clean and orderly at all timesFill in washing/drying/folding/stocking and prepping linen bags for HousekeepingJob Requirements:2+ years of experience working as a Resort ReceptionistExcellent communication, organization, and multitasking skillsA professional and positive attitude, especially in high-pressure situationsA strong attention to detailBasic computer skillsPay: $17.00 per hourAvailable Shifts: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m./8 a.m. to 5 p.m./12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays are required.
