Office Administrator Location - Wipro Limited2277 158th Ct NE Bellevue WA 98008Brief Summary of Role: Office Administrator oversees those day-to-day operations of an office environment and will make sure that the office runs efficiently, and those employees have what they need to be successful (e.g., supplies, a safe work environment).Responsibilities:Draft Office Procedures & Systems and ensure smooth Office Operations through coordinated Office Activities and SchedulesDay to Day Administration of the officeSupport both office employees and remote employees with facility related tasks.Act as the First Line of Control for Building Management Upkeep & Maintenance as well other Utility Services and follow-up for Job CompletionExplore opportunities for Operational Cost Optimization and run Operational Cost Optimization initiatives for the locationResearch and analyze routine administrative projects for the Supervisor; prepare first draft reports on routine administrative mattersAssist the Sales/ Delivery Leadership in specific task related to Customer Relationship Management within Wipro Premises: Welcome Guests, Preparation and Logistics support for events at Wipro officeMonitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as requiredOrganizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working orderReporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and proceduresAssisting with tasks related to office invoicing.Provide security access as per company policy and Maintains and updates access control recordsGive visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in.Updates manages floor/seating plans and occupancyManages conference room and shared spacesKnows all safety and emergency procedures and is aware of accident prevention policies.May be required to lift up to 30 pounds.Correctable hearing and vision within normal limits.The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
