Job Description:Must Have Skills / Requirements1) Must have a design portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design solutions, with an emphasis on identifying and meaningfully solving true user problems.2) Must have 6+ years of professional experience, specifically as a Product Designer of direct-to-consumer applications.3) Must have extensive experience in responsive web-based design and delivery (video/audio or streaming background preferred but not essential).4) Must have masterful Figma skills including a solid understanding of Design Systems/Design Kits and prototyping.Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements1) Video/audio or streaming background preferred but not essential.Soft Skills:1) Must have a design portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design solutions, with an emphasis on identifying and meaningfully solving true user problems.2) Must have excellent communication, collaboration, and team partnership skills.3) A willingness to roll up your sleeve and get things done is key for this role, as is being able to take smart risks and champion innovative ideas.Technology Requirements:1) Must have extensive experience in responsive web-based design and delivery.2) Must have masterful Figma skills including a solid understanding of Design Systems/Design Kits and prototyping.Education / Certifications1) BA or equivalent work experience
