Internal Audit Manager - Consumer Compliance and Reg WWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our PRC team on a temporary basis. This role is focused on addressing complex regulatory and operational risks, particularly in Consumer Compliance and Reg W, within global banking environments.As a Manager, you'll oversee client engagements, guide fieldwork, and provide actionable solutions to strengthen internal controls and compliance programs. This role offers opportunities for career growth, team mentorship, and contributing to a collaborative and inclusive workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical ExpertiseLeverage in-depth knowledge of Regulation W to address risk management challenges in global banking.Assess, test, and enhance internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, particularly Reg W.Communicate complex regulatory findings to senior business and IT stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner. Client EngagementLead compliance risk assessments and design tailored audit plans.Present findings and practical recommendations to executive stakeholders.Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets, exceeding client expectations. Talent DevelopmentMentor team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback.Collaborate on training initiatives to promote growth and high-quality outcomes. Must-Have Skill SetComprehensive expertise in Regulation W and experience in Consumer Compliance.Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.Relevant certifications (e.g., CRCM, CAMS, CPA, or equivalent).Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
