The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment of the position.Splash Pad Operations specifically include:Opening and closing of splash pad and restroom facilityAssisting with the maintenance and daily operations of the pumps and mechanical functions of facilityChecking water quality as needed per health department regulations.Enforcing rules and regulations specific to the splash padEnsuring safety of visitorsControlling admissions; selling concessions as neededMaintaining daily work records, including revenue reports and attendance recordsWorking independently to provide superior customer service to guests and patrons.Enforces rules and regulations at parks and facilities.Performs routine cleaning and custodial duties.Performs related tasks as required.Typical QualificationsREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Working and detailed knowledge of the specific operation in one or more of the concentrated areas of this position is required. Some supervisory experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and training. Must be certified in First Aid and CPR or have the ability to pass certification course. Must have the ability to get along well with others; and the ability to work unusual hours, especially nights and weekends. Must pass a drug test and criminal background check.ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: High school graduate or GED; must be at least 18 years of age.
