About True Light Solutions LLC provides a variety of professional services in support of planning, building, and maintaining wireline systems to meet the ever increasing market demands for high speed connectivity and grid resiliency. We partner with engineering, utility, and communication companies across the continental United States and Canada to support any and all stages of planning, constructing, and maintaining wireline infrastructure. Utility Planning (Telecom/OSP): QC Specialist IFull Time / Hourly ($18-24, depending on experience)We are looking to hire a junior level QC Specialist to join our small, but growing team to support various design and field projects. We are looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience in utility planning, design, make ready engineering, pole loading, and/or Katapult Pro (or similar) workflows to join our growing team.This role is ideal for someone who would like to be part of a small, but growing company who has high workmanship standards and is committed to excellence and integrity in the services we provide. Applicants should be comfortable and enjoy working with data, have a strong eye for detail, and understand the importance of accuracy and quality assurance in utility planning projects.🔹 Responsibilities 🔹• Perform quality control reviews of field data and deliverables using industry standard software• Coordinate with field and engineering teams to ensure to meet project objectives• Help maintain QC standards and improve workflow efficiency🔹 Preferred Qualifications 🔹• 1–2 years of experience with Katapult Pro or similar experience• Basic understanding of power and/or telecom distribution systems• Familiarity with NESC clearances and utility standards is a plus• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Ability to communicate effectively with both office and field personnel• Experience with other industry relevant software is a plus🔹 What We’re Looking For 🔹People who believe in workplace integrity, take pride in producing quality work, and want to learn and grow within the utility engineering industry.📍 Kansas City (preferred) / Remote (open to discussion)
