Sales Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to help drive accuracy, execution, and operational excellence throughout our sales process. This role serves as a critical bridge between Sales and Operations, ensuring deals are complete, accurate, financially sound, and ready for execution.This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and keeping complex work moving forward across multiple teams.What You'll DoReview and validate quotes, pricing, margins, terms, and order details before operational handoffServe as the primary checkpoint between Sales and Operations to ensure deals are accurate and execution-readyCoordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Logistics to resolve discrepancies and remove blockersManage multiple active deals simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detailIdentify recurring process issues and recommend improvements that reduce errors and improve efficiencyHelp standardize workflows and documentation across the sales processSupport continuous improvement efforts related to quoting, order management, and cross-functional coordinationWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, sales support, project coordination, or similar operational rolesStrong proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and data validationAbility to manage competing priorities and work effectively across multiple departmentsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and improve processesHigh attention to detail and a strong sense of ownershipConfident communicator who is comfortable asking questions and escalating issues when something doesn't look rightComfortable learning and adapting to new systems, tools, and technologyAbility to pass criminal background historiesNice to have:Background in B2B sales environments Familiarity with ERP systemsExperience documenting SOPs or training others on operational workflowsThe Sales Operations Coordinator is an in-office role based in Columbus, OH, working closely with the sales team and internal departments.Who We AreShaffer is a family-founded, employee-owned business with deep roots in the arcade equipment distribution and amusement operations space.
