Employer will train OTs with limited hand experienceDemonstrated splinting skills preferredBLS certification may be required from AHA or ARCPractice & SettingPrivately owned, surgeon-led hand and orthopedic practiceAll patients are internal referrals from surgeonsCollaborative, team-based environment working closely with surgeonsOutpatient clinic setting with six treatment tablesElectronic Medical Record: EPICCaseload & ScheduleTypical caseload: one patient per hour, approximately 12 patients per dayNo routine double booking; rare exceptions onlyFlexible Monday–Friday schedules.
