Job Description Site Administrator This is a temp. to possible hire opportunity . Part time , hours to be set . Position Summary The Site Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the operational efficiency of the facility by managing administrative functions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments including Operations, HR, Safety, and Quality, with a strong emphasis on logistics and warehouse operations support. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Financial Administration Employee Coordination & Support Employee Engagement & Communication Collaboration & Leadership Support Security & Systems Management General Administrative Duties Qualifications: Prior xperience in administrative or site coordination roles. Familiarity with PO systems, payroll/timekeeping platforms, and safety reporting tools. Srong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
