Instructional aides assist with classroom activities, provide academic support, and help maintain a positive learning environment when regular aides are unavailable.Qualifications:Minimum 60 college credits OR successful completion of the ParaPro Assessment TestStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to assist teachers with classroom instruction and student supervisionMust pass required criminal history background check Responsibilities:Assist classroom teachers with lesson delivery and student activitiesSupport individual or small groups of students as neededMonitor student behavior and maintain a safe classroom environmentHelp with instructional materials, classroom setup, and administrative tasksReport progress or concerns to teachers and school staffPerform other duties as assigned
