DescriptionBehavior Frontiers Dallas, Texas | SALES POSITIONPay Rate: $55,000 - $65,000/Year + Bonus | Travel RequiredIntroductionBehavior Frontiers is rapidly expanding to open centers across the country to provide behavior therapy to children with autism. We are looking for a full-time sales representative to help us to build our reputation and develop leads for new clients within a local region. Our Los Angeles based company has expanded greatly and we are seeking an experienced sales representative to support our growth strategy. The position would have contact with stakeholders virtually and in person, which will require local travel throughout the assigned region. Join our team today to use your interpersonal skills to help children with special needs get the services they need to succeed!General Requirements:1+Years Sales experience (medical services/health care industry preferred)Bachelor's degree or equivalentExcellent customer interface skills ability to deliver presentations and drive meetingsProven success dealing with various levels of clientele, especially with key decision-makersStrong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflowExcellent problem resolution and consultative sales skillsAbility to use Salesforce to track leads, record sales activities, review and prepare reportsStrong work ethic and ability to meet goalsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel to meet with stakeholders or potential clients; 80% travelResponsibilities:Educate stakeholders (physicians, therapy groups, hospitals, etc.) and clients of the value of Behavior Frontiers ABA therapyConduct daily sales calls via video conferencing, phone communication, and in person meetings or presentationsManage sales opportunity forecasting within Salesforce for current and potential customersDevelop stakeholder databases for Behavior Frontiers regions ensuring all contacts are managed in SalesforceParticipate in business development strategiesInteract with Behavior Frontiers leaders at a high-level, communicating sales goals and strategies to generate and convert viable leadsWillingness to make cold calls to prospective clients, individually or with team membersEducate local clinical leadership about sales efforts and engage them in sales activities to support lead generationAbility to stay focused on achieving and exceeding goalsResponsible for weekly recording/reporting of sales calls in Salesforce and meeting call cycle goalsResponsible for continuous improvement and professional development regarding knowledge of service offerings and communication skills, through self-learning and active participation in training programsAdheres to all company and industry guidelinesAbility to work some weekends and weeknightsTravel to Behavior Frontiers regions will be required a minimum of twice per monthOther duties as assignedWhy Behavior Frontiers is perfect for you:Bonus plan based on sales objectivesPaid mileage and drive time
