Branch ManagerThe Branch Manager is responsible for developing and managing a business operation that drives sales, profitability, and customer and employee satisfaction. This role oversees all branch operations, personnel development, and sales activities to ensure success in a wholesale/retail environment.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.35 years of management experience in a wholesale or retail environment.What You Will DoDirect, coordinate, and monitor all branch sales, operations, and personnel development activities.Purchase product through purchase order (PO) requirements and generation.Ensure protection of all company assets from theft or damage.Oversee essential retail tasks including merchandising, store and warehouse organization, and financial processes.Monitor KPI metrics and manage the branch P&L statement.Manage and maintain overall inventory volume and accuracy through daily cycle counts.Handle all personnel issues within the branch.Manage daily cash deposits, petty cash, and branch expenses (utilities, waste, etc.).Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel logs, and fuel cards.Deliver the highest level of customer service in the industry.Provide support for outside sales activities.Perform all other duties as assigned.Skills & Abilities RequiredValid driver's license with a clear driving record free of major or repeated infractions.Ability to lift 50+ pounds, load/unload trucks, and push/pull at least 20 pounds.Ability to sit for extended periods (20+ minutes).Ability to climb up and down ladders.Standard Supply is a large HVAC supply company that has been family owned and operated since 1946.
