ControllerTulare CountyPay: $100,000–$135,000 annuallyWe are partnering with a well-established organization in Tulare County to identify a Controller to lead accounting operations and support continued growth. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys both managing a team and being involved in the details.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and financial reporting• Lead the month-end and year-end close process• Manage cost accounting, inventory, and margin analysis• Prepare and review financial statements and reports for leadership• Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting policies• Partner cross-functionally with operations to improve financial performance• Supervise and mentor accounting staffQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience• Manufacturing or agriculture experience strongly preferred
