Job Description Client Success ManagerHouston, TexasImpact Directors LLCFull-Time PositionPay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hourWork Location: In PersonPosition OverviewImpact Directors LLC is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee client communication workflows, account coordination activities, and operational support functions related to the company's conference, consulting, branding, and digital service operations.The Client Success Manager will coordinate with clients, delegates, vendors, internal departments, and online business platforms regarding ongoing projects, conference participation, service updates, scheduling, operational follow-ups, and client engagement activities. The role requires strong organizational abilities, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and operational processes simultaneously.This position operates within the Business Development Department and reports directly to the Business Development Manager.Reporting StructureReports to: Business Development ManagerDepartment: Business Development DepartmentKey ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementManage ongoing communication with clients, delegates, business partners, and service inquiriesCoordinate onboarding activities and communication processes for new and existing clientsMaintain organized client communication workflows and account-related recordsMonitor client engagement activities and coordinate timely follow-up communicationMaintain professionalism and responsiveness across all client interactionsOnline Client & Lead CoordinationCoordinate communication with clients and leads received through online business platforms and digital channels, including UpworkManage scheduling coordination, project follow-ups, operational updates, and service-related communicationTrack lead activity, account communication workflows, and client coordination records through internal tracking systems and CRM processesCoordinate ongoing communication regarding branding, website, marketing, consulting, and conference-related servicesProject & Service CoordinationCoordinate internally with operations, marketing, design, logistics, and administrative departments regarding client deliverables and operational timelinesCoordinate tracking of project progress, approvals, revisions, invoices, agreements, and ongoing service requestsSupport coordination of branding, website, social media, consulting, and conference-related operational activitiesMaintain organized operational documentation and client account recordsConference & Business Operations SupportCoordinate conference registration communication, delegate follow-ups, and operational scheduling activitiesSupport coordination of organizational conferences, meetings, and business eventsCoordinate with vendors, operational staff, and internal departments to support service delivery and conference execution activitiesAssist with maintaining operational continuity during conferences and live organizational eventsAdministrative & Operational CoordinationCoordinate preparation and organization of invoices, agreements, reports, and client-related documentationMaintain organized digital operational records and communication logsSupport departmental coordination and administrative workflow processesEscalate operational concerns, client issues, or service-related matters to management when necessaryScope of RoleOperates within established departmental procedures and management direction.
