We think whenever should be always!WagePay range for position: $17.13 to $17.13 per hourEarn tipsResponsibilities/DutiesFollow all policies and proceduresOn time and attend all meetingsTake orders and payments from customers for food and beverages following all steps of service guidelines Upsell by being proactive with suggestive selling and alerting customers to specials, promotional items and/or events Deliver and announce food and drinks to guests with efficiency, accuracy, and enthusiasmAccommodate and fulfill any special requests for guests Communicate and work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are delivered timely and according to Fieldhouse Pizza & Pub standardsCorrect any issues courteously and quicklyCheck with customers throughout their meal to ensure that they are enjoying their visit and take action to correct any problemsMaintain a working knowledge of all food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep timeAssist team members with any additional tasks as needed.
