Join a dynamic, fast-growing engineering team where your technical expertise, creativity, and leadership will shape the built environment for years to come.Were searching for a driven Project Manager (Civil Site Design) who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves solving complex engineering challenges, and is ready to make an immediate impact on high-visibility projects in the region.What Youll DoAs a key technical and managerial leader, you will:Oversee and design a variety of multi-use, residential, commercial, and institutional land development projectsfrom concept through final approval.Lead the local municipal approval process, ensuring smooth coordination and timely submissions.Manage and develop full site designs including stormwater systems, grading, erosion & sediment control plans, utility layouts, and regulatory research.Prepare concept plans, detailed site plans, subdivision plans, engineering reports, and stormwater management documentation.Serve as a primary point of contact, maintaining ongoing communication with clients, contractors, sub-consultants, and internal team members. Qualifications:What Youll BringNJ P.E. required or the ability to obtain it (E.I.T. required).510+ years of hands-on civil/site experience.Solid background in New Jersey land development and site design, including:Stormwater management, grading, erosion & sediment control, utilitiesNavigating permitting with NJDEP and municipal agenciesProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or equivalent stormwater design tools.Strong communication skills with a commitment to quality and accountability.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.A team-oriented mindset, with the confidence to work independently when needed.
