Candidates should reside within one hour of a commercial airport to support travel requirements (25-30%) What You’ll Get to Do Echo Power is seeking a Manager, LV Engineering to lead a team of engineers supporting the design and analysis of electrical power systems ranging from 480V to 15kV. This role combines technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring high-quality project delivery across multiple initiatives. You will oversee project execution, guide engineering standards, and support your team in delivering innovative and compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of engineers across multiple low-voltage design projects Oversee project scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables Review and perform low-voltage design work and power system studies Lead SKM modeling and validation efforts Guide development and review of construction documents and project submittals Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, and AHJ requirements Support project planning, coordination, and execution across teams Analyze field data and develop technical solutions Participate in fieldwork as needed and support project lifecycle execution Skills & Abilities Expert knowledge of NEC and NFPA standards Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, or similar CAD tools Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing engineering teams Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines Comfortable working in both field and design environments Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) 10+ years of relevant experience in low-voltage design and/or power system studies Professional Engineer (PE) license required Compensation & Benefits Salary: $131,521 – $190,500 annually (based on education and experience) Annual bonus potential Flexible working hours Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid disability insurance, life insurance, and Telehealth Four weeks of vacation plus 7 company-paid holidays 401(k) plan with company match Family-oriented culture Career growth and leadership opportunities
