A vibrant community health clinic near Ashford, WA, is seeking a dedicated provider to join their team.In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.This role focuses on delivering high-quality outpatient care to a diverse patient population.Position Details: Start Date: March 2025 (upon credentialing).Duration: 3-month contract with potential for extension.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM ??? 5:00 PM.No call requirements.Full-time preferred (40 hours/week).Patient Load: Up to 18 patients per day, with a mix of scheduled and walk-in cases.Support Team: Includes medical assistants, mental health therapists, dietitians, and administrative staff.EMR System: EPIC.Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine services to patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics.Address acute, chronic, and preventive care needs.Perform basic procedures, including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.Qualifications: Active Washington state NP license and DEA certification.Board-certified in Family Practice.BLS and ACLS certifications required.Minimum of 2 years of FNP experience with recent direct patient care.Experience with vulnerable populations and community health preferred.Additional Information: Flu and COVID vaccinations required.Multilingual skills (Spanish or Russian) are a plus but not required.Housing, travel, and local transportation provided for non-local candidates.Why This Opportunity?
