Batching And Mixing Operator PROMAN Staffing is seeking reliable, hard-working Chemical Production Operators for a hands-on manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who aren't afraid of physical work, can lift heavy materials, and have previous mixing or batching experience. You'll be part of a team that values safety, accuracy, and strong work ethic — while also being able to work independently when needed. Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Starting Pay: $15/hr (higher pay negotiable based on experience) Location: Desloge, MO Daily Responsibilities Gather, weigh, and measure various chemical products Operate mechanical mixers, blenders, and reactors Package finished products and prepare materials for shipment Operate a forklift (training available if needed) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Skills & Requirements Reliable, dependable, and ready to work every day Hard-working and not afraid of physical labor Previous mixing, batching, or chemical handling experience strongly preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly throughout the shift Comfortable climbing ladders, working on platforms, and performing overhead tasks Accurate understanding of units of measure (kg, lbs, grams, ounces) Strong multitasking, teamwork, and communication skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Benefits & Compensation Starting pay $15/hr, with higher pay based on experience Eligible for medical benefits, 401(k), PTO, and 10 paid holidays after 90 days Four-day workweek — typically off weekends Stable, long-term opportunity with room for growth Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance
