Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shop Manager located in Chicago, IL within Bloomingdales North Michigan Ave location. The Shop Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and lead the team to meet sales and performance goals. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring the store's visual presentation aligns with brand guidelines, and cultivating a positive customer experience. Additionally, the Shop Manager will address customer inquiries, coach staff, and implement strategies to improve performance. Qualifications Excellent Communication skills to train teams, provide customer support, and ensure effective internal communicationStrong Operations Management and Store Management skills for overseeing daily store activities, achieving sales goals, and maintaining inventoryExceptional Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to create a welcoming environment and foster positive interactions with customersProven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively towards shared objectivesPrevious experience in retail management is preferredProficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale softwarePassion for fashion and a deep understanding of the ba&sh brand values
