Our client is looking for a proactive and communicative DevOps Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will help clients migrate to modern cloud solutions and tackle both day-one and day-two challenges in Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Infrastructure as Code: Assist clients in migrating from manual cloud configurations to infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK.Containerization: Dockerize applications and enhance existing build pipelines with Docker logic using GitHub Actions, GitLab, CircleCI, or Jenkins.Kubernetes Management: Set up Kubernetes clusters across multiple cloud providers, configure essential add-ons (e.g., cluster-autoscaler, ingress controllers, Istio), and package applications using Helm.Continuous Delivery: Improve continuous delivery practices using tools like ArgoCD or FluxV2, and address cost reduction and incident resolution.Monitoring & Observability: Enhance application observability with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and advanced services like APM and RUM.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.Strong skills in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).Hands-on experience with containerization tools, particularly Kubernetes.Familiarity with infrastructure as code and CI/CD tools.Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.What We Offer:A flexible working environment with the option to start part-time (20 hours/week) or transition to a full-time position.Collaboration with a large team of senior DevOps engineers, providing ample opportunities for learning and support.A focus on long-term client relationships and meaningful work.
