Siepe is seeking an experienced individual with a strong business acumen to execute a variety of operational objectives. As a member of the Siepe team, you will work closely with our product groups performing the day-to-day functions, identifying operational improvements, and supporting the various lines of business. Services include but are not limited to data collection, reconciliation, client driven reporting. Responsibilities Model compliance tests as defined in legal documents onto in-house systems. • Interpret legal documents including indentures and credit agreements. Create innovative solutions based upon understanding of client needs, market conditions, and/or technical expertise. Create waterfall calculations as well as borrowing base calculations according to legal documents. • Troubleshoot and resolve data and modeling differences. Train and share knowledge with junior analysts. Create training and procedural documents. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting is preferred. 7+ years of relevant experience. U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Preferred Skills Advanced knowledge of CLO compliance calculations and financial modeling. • Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experienced with CDO/CLO waterfall calculations and/or borrowing base calculations. • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents in order to create calculations for financial models.
