Horn partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company./ppResponsibilities:/pulliSupport the Accounts Payable process, including invoice entry, verification, and vendor communication/liliAssist with Accounts Receivable activities, such as payment processing, billing, and customer account follow-up/liliProvide administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager, Office Manager, and Plumbing and HVAC Managers as needed/liliDeliver excellent customer service by creating service orders, coordinating scheduling, and following up to ensure customer needs are met/liliContribute to business growth by helping to expand the Maintenance Contract customer base through outreach and customer engagement/li/ulpJob Qualifications:/pulli2+ years of administrative experience/liliReliable transportation/liliHigh School diploma or equivalent/liliAssociate degree or higher is preferred/liliService Titan experience preferred/liliProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software/li/ulpCompetencies:/pulliExcellent written, verbal, and active listening skills/liliStrong administrative skills/liliStrong organizational skills/liliAbility to work individually and as part of a team/liliProblem-solving skills/liliExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines/li/ulpThe starting base range for this position is $24 to $27 an hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
