Job Description:
We are seeking experienced electrical cable assembly technicians to contribute to our innovative projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at executing work orders from inception to completion, ensuring precision and quality at every step.
Responsibilities:
Auditing parts kits against customer-supplied documentation.
Planning assembly processes for optimal efficiency.
Reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and wire lists.
Proficiency in using hand tools including wire cutters, strippers, crimp tools, and soldering irons.
Requirements:
Ability to interpret drawings and schematics accurately.
Proficiency in various electronic components such as wire gauges, D-sub, and circular connectors.
Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620D standards for electronic assemblies and wire harnesses.
Excellent soldering skills, preferably to J-STD-001 standard.
Knowledge and compliance with AS9100 quality management system.
