We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Center Director to support our Center Director in leading our team and delivering exceptional early childhood education.What We OfferCompetitive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planChildcare discountsOpportunities for professional development and leadership growthA supportive team environment within a nationally recognized early education brandRole OverviewThe Assistant Center Director works closely with the Center Director to support the daily operations of the center, maintain compliance with licensing requirements, support teachers, and help drive enrollment and family satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Center Director in overseeing daily center operations and ensuring smooth classroom management.Ensure the center maintains full compliance with state licensing regulations, health, and safety standards.Assist with staff supervision, training, and coaching to maintain a high-quality teaching team.Support teachers in implementing The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum.Help maintain a positive, engaging, and safe environment for children, families, and staff.Assist with family tours, enrollment conversations, and community outreach events to support enrollment growth.Help manage administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, billing support, and record keeping.Foster strong relationships with families by providing excellent communication and support.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of leadership experience in a childcare or preschool setting required (2+ years preferred)Assistant Director or Administrative credential required per state licensing guidelinesBachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferredStrong understanding of state childcare licensing regulationsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsWhy Join The Learning Experience?At TLE, we believe in nurturing not only children but also our educators.
