Mid-Level Program Analyst
Provide program support to FAA modernization initiatives and integration of operational improvements.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Prepare various ad hoc analyses and reports and compile information for management review and decision-making
Develop, review, and validate operational concepts and preliminary requirements
Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and integrated program schedules for program activities
Prepare reports, documentation, briefings, monthly status reports, and cost and price analysis reports
Organize and assist with planning and directing teamwork among subject matter experts and/or project leads
Develop document and template formats, including a weekly status briefing package, to support more efficient communication across various layers of the organization
Support resource management tasks assigned by the client
Interpret and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve process and optimize results
Develop communication and correspondence with stakeholders and internal teams to meet and execute program objectives
Conduct research, evaluations, analyses, and studies, and presents recommendations/ solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements
Support configuration management, Earned Value Management, financial management, cost estimation, and risk management, as assigned
Qualifications
Qualified applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Detail-oriented, independent, self-motivated, and a proactive team member
6-15 years of relevant experience; FAA experience is preferred
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite – PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills effective with operational, technical, and senior management audiences
Ability to satisfy FAA resume approval processes
Education
A BA/BS in any discipline is required
A Master’s degree in any field (e.g., MA, MS, MBA) counts for three (3) years of additional experience
Travel
Limited travel may be required
