Summer Helper-Outdoor & Indoor ProjectsResponsibilities include but are not limited to: Lawn/grass cutting and maintenance Weed whacking/pulling Some indoor painting, including preparation. Performing projects assigned by the Facility Manager or representative. Skills: Ability to work independently Proficient with reading and math, sufficient to accurately follow directions, and to proficient writing skills This position necessitates the ability to think critically, manage time effectively and perform work in a quality manner Computer familiarity to access information as needed. Somewhat familiar with lawn care equipment such as walking behind and/or riding lawn mower, weed whacker, and hand tools. Somewhat familiar with the basics of room painting, as with the preparation and clean up processes. Requirements: Walking, standing, kneeling, stooping, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds; some stairs. Sitting/riding lawn care equipment Some/minimal computer Walking while carrying approximately 5 pounds Achieved age 18 No benefits as this is a temporary position. Approximately 30 scheduled hours per week with flexibly from Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00 pm. Pay rate: $15.00 to $17.00 based on experience.
